Welcome to VideoQI, a video widget service provided by Wudaku Oy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using VideoQI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Some features of VideoQI may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in VideoQI, including its software, design, and branding, belong to Wudaku Oy or its licensors.
• User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or embed via VideoQI ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VideoQI at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You may also discontinue using the Service at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wudaku Oy, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
